Features & Functionalities
Dashboard: Upon creating an account, you will be greeted with a user-friendly dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of your storage activities. This dashboard will display key information, such as current storage units, active jobs, and pending requests.
Jobs: Upon receiving units, our Yard Manager will create new jobs from the information provided on the BOL, which will be directly visible from the dashboard. They can specify details such as the type and size of storage units required, duration of storage, and any additional services needed.
Track Storage Units: The app allows you to track the status and location of your storage units in real-time. Detailed information about each unit, including its contents and condition, can also be accessed.
Request Equipment Loadout: In addition to managing storage units, you can request equipment loadout services through the app. You can specify the type and quantity of equipment needed for loading out your stored items, streamlining the logistics process.
Notifications and Alerts: You receive timely notifications and alerts regarding important updates, such as job confirmations, equipment availability, and invoice generation. This helps keep you and your facilitates informed with seamless communication with your storage management team.
